Abstract Submission Modalities for Oral and Poster Presentations

Deadline for Oral Presentations Submission: October 30, 2023

Deadline for Poster Presentations Submission: November 05, 2023

Abstract submission will open soon.

Abstracts (up to 200 words in English) must be submitted with the online form available here.

No figure or table will be accepted.

Abstracts should be submitted by the presenting author who should register at the conference prior to or at the time of sending the abstract.

A list of abstracts will be selected for a short oral presentation. The results of the selection will be communicated by November 10, 2023.

The abstracts will be published in the conference Abstracts Book.

Guidelines for short oral presentations

The short oral presentations will take place during the special timing allocated at the end of each session.

Your presentation should be 7 minutes for your presentation followed by 3 minutes of discussion and questions hosted by the chairman.

All presenters must bring their presentation on USB key and submit this to the conference staff which will be available to help during the break before the presentation.

Please prepare your presentation using PowerPoint format only.

Poster presentation guidelines

Posters will be presented by authors during breaks and lunches. 

Posters may be size up to maximum of 70 cm (width) by 100 cm (high).
Means to hang a poster will be provided at the Reception.

Poster numbers will be in the upper corner of each poster board, and this number corresponds with the number assigned to each abstract on the list available on conference site.
